Many of us have been in a Liminal Space without realizing that it had a name. It is the tender place where one part of your life has ended, and the next hasn't fully begun. It almost always feels uncomfortable because it's unknown. It can be isolating and uncertain. Sometimes it feels like nothing is moving or changing at all- but that is exactly where real transformation happens. You've let go of things that weren't working. I've left jobs, relationships, habits, and coping mechanisms that no longer aligned with who I was becoming. They worked -- until they didn't. Once you let go, you create space in your life for new things to grow. Often, that space feels empty at first, and that's okay. That is the liminal space giving you room to become. Using this space as a catalyst is essential in turning any breakdowns into breakthroughs! When you're in a transition, you get to decide where you want to go and who you want to become. This space may feel uncertain, and it's also full of possibility. Take it one step at a time, and notice who you're becoming along the way!
